The Dark Forest

For this piece, we were allowed to paint anything we wanted ON ONE CONDITION: Our piece had to have a color scheme based on a mother color, a color that all other colors branch off of. Eventually, I came up with the idea to paint a forest scene using an earthy green color as my mother color. Over time, the piece steered towards a haunted forest vibe, and I continued work on it even after critique.
